Exchange & Return Policy

EXCHANGE & RETURNย POLICY

  1. We accept exchanges and returns on non-sale items within 7 days of you receiving the shipment
  2. Aย reverse pickup facility from your shipping address is available free of cost
  3. Items must be marked as eligible for exchange and return on the product page

EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCESS

  1. To raise a request, email care@pinklay.com or phone/WhatsApp us at +91-8104136291
  2. We will initiate a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 48 hours
  3. Re-use the original packaging, including the cloth bag, for proper care and protection
  4. Items must be in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact
  5. They must be unused and unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages
  6. Items returned, once verified at our facility, will be processed forย an exchange or return
  7. Typically, it takes 10-15 days to complete your exchange or return request

REFUND POLICY

  1. We issue a store credit for the full amount against all returns
  2. There is no reverse shipping fees levied on any return requests
  3. First time exchange for size or a different style/product is free
  4. A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 199 will be charged for any subsequent exchange requests or on orders placed using a credit note
  5. Store credit is valid for a 1-year period from the date of issue
  6. Shipping fees and gift services (if any) are non-refundable
  7. Gift cards cannot be returned for their monetary value

      SALE OR DISCOUNT POLICY

      1. Size exchanges available on items under 20% off (subject to size availability)
      2. A restocking fee of Rs 199 will be applicable on all exchanges
      3. No returns/exchanges on items over 20% off
      4. Request must be placed within 7 days of order being delivered
      5. Items must be in their original condition with their labels/tags intact
      6. Applies to discounted or on sale products, or bought through an offer or promotional code

      MISSING OR DAMAGE POLICY

      1. A missing or damaged item claim must be raised within 2 days of receiving the parcel
      2. We will need photographs of the item(s) and the delivery parcel it was received in
      3. Our customer care team will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution

          CANCELLATION POLICY

          1. We accept cancellations against full refund or store creditย as long as the order has not been shipped
          2. We are unable to accept any cancellation requestsย once the order has been shipped
